Wellbe, Inc. was selected as a winner in the 15th annual Web Health Awards(SM) program. This competition — held twice each year: Winter/Spring and Summer/Fall — recognizes the nation’s best digital health resources.
Wellbe received the organization’s highest Gold achievement in the competitive Web-based resource/tool category for its “Avera TotalCare” project in collaboration with Avera McKennan Hospital.
Wellbe joins the ranks of the American Diabetes Association, Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education, Abbott Laboratories, Medscape/WebMD, UnitedHealthcare and other nationwide organizations in receiving a gold award, demonstrating the success of the Guided CarePath tool in transforming the patient journey for episodic care.
“We were delighted to participate in the 2013 Web Health Awards competition, and were honored to be selected as a winner,” said James Dias, CEO and Founder of Wellbe. “Our winning entry was chosen from more than 300 entries.”
Wellbe was judged alongside high-profile contributors, including March of Dimes, AARP, Optum Health, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and other well-known industry leaders by a panel of distinguished experts in digital health media.
