Marketing Manager

The team at Wellbe is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth by building awareness and demand for our Connected Care solutions.  We need a hands-on professional that can transform how healthcare leaders value and engage with us.  In that capacity, you will analyze market segments and leverage account-based marketing (ABM) to accelerate our sales pipeline for solutions aimed at target accounts.  In pursuit of this goal, you will lead the charge with our demand generation programs across multiple channels; serving as a key collaborator to our accounts team.  The best candidate likes to dig into market needs and promote solutions with a passion for creating content and campaigns that drive buyer interest. You know how to connect with a discerning audience of customers, analysts, press, partners, and colleagues, to help us stand out in a crowd.


•  Utilize an integrated account-based marketing approach to achieve pipeline and revenue goals

•  Coordinate with sales leadership to align on regional priorities, set quarterly goals, gain commitment and support for marketing programs, and identify areas of pipeline opportunity and risk

•  Manage a marketing intelligence program that assesses and navigates trends and opportunities in healthcare

•  Develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that successfully engage key contacts at target accounts

•  Manage and grow the company’s web program for service line leaders

•  Develop and drive our SEO/SEM programs

•  Align marketing activities with business priorities in collaboration with field sales and account representatives

•  Coordinate and manage specialists and contractors that provide marketing services

•  Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment and effectiveness on field initiatives for timely lead follow-up

•  Engage with the Product Management team to ensure timely communications and demand for solutions


•  The successful candidate will have come from a software organization;  preferably selling SaaS solutions

•  5+ years software marketing experience, integrated marketing plan development, communication programs and collaborative demand generation

•  Background in healthcare software solutions preferred

•  The candidate has a proven track record of developing and driving sales pipeline with B2B marketing plans

•  Ability to define marketing objectives, manage projects/programs, track and evaluate results, including marketing return on investment

•  Strong passion for telling user and use case stories

•  Background with blogging, digital marketing, video, or podcasts

•  Should be a skilled net-worker and representative at marketing events

•  Must have the expertise to build a results-driven program while balancing the needs and direction of the sales team – this is a key success factor in this role

•  Past work at a fast-paced startup and comfort with self-direction

•  Excellent knowledge of the software industry and business solutions market

•  Strong ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships and work in virtual teams

•  Serious communication chops: examples of slide decks and published writing are required

•  Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

•  Ability to drive objectives and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment

•  Must have exceptional communication and writing skills

•  Expected to be mobile / traveling 20% of working time
